In honor of the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross on Sunday, Thomas Aquinas ¹û¶³´«Ã½, New England, held a High Mass at noon, followed by a procession across campus with a relic of the True Cross.

This feast holds great significance for the New England campus, as the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ is blessed to possess a relic of the True Cross in Our Mother of Perpetual Help Chapel. Head Chaplain Rev. Greg Markey carried the relic beneath a canopy at the head of the procession, followed by an entourage of student acolytes and the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ choir, who led the rest of the congregation in singing Crucem Sanctam Subiit. The procession wound its way in a loop around the campus, then made its way back to the Chapel for the Mass’s conclusion and veneration of the relic.
